After a late-summer storm pushed a big oak toward my roof, I hired this Tree Service because they talked through a plan instead of just showing up with saws. Their team set ropes and did a directional notch so the trunk came down in sections, and one of the professionals pointed out the exact branch collar they were cutting to help the tree heal where it was staying. What surprised me was how careful they were about cleanup, laying down plywood to protect the lawn and leaving the wood chips where I asked so I could use them as mulch. The moment that stuck with me was when they did a final walk-around and spotted a small cracked limb I had missed, taking it down before it turned into the next problem.
